I haven't done any breaks with Cards Infinity, but I do sometimes jump in a group break. Like anything it's a gamble. I always watch a few breaks of the particular product to get a feel for it and see what the hit distribution looks like and if I even like the cards. This helps me make a decision on a team. I tend to avoid randoms, because if I get a team that I don't care anything for, I have to try to sell or trade the cards. There's always a chance you could get THAT team, but that draw is usually not enough for me to get in a team random.
You can also check setlists to see which teams give you the best odds. Honestly though, I always have the best luck when I just pick the team that I actually like. I definitely have had times where I've gotten nothing, or close to it, so it all just depends. For a fun experience with a chance to hit big, groups breaks are nice, but you could always end up with nothing. Cheap teams are cheap for a reason, but expensive teams are not guaranteed anything.
To me, Cards Infinity breaks aren't the most entertaining. I've watched some of his stuff on youtube. I like a breaker who takes their time a bit more and maybe has a bit more fun with it. I know some people find that annoying, but it just amazes me that these guys can pull one-of-ones and massive cards and announce it without much emotion. Since really you're paying for the entertainment and CHANCE to hit big. Again, I've never participated in his breaks, so I don't know how the customer service is, but he's been around a long time I think.
I hope that helps. Sorry that is a bit long-winded. I was just talking to a buddy about group breaks yesterday, so the thoughts are fresh.

I have never heard of him, but there are so many of these places doing breaks now. I am 50/50 on both types of breaks, but Zach is right if you get into a team one, you really need to check the checklist before joining as sometimes there are stacked products that favor certain teams, especially this year in hockey but in other sports as well, that and if you get joe scrub with a team you don't collect you won't get much of a return. If you just want to get in it for the fun, then go into it knowing you may get nothing for the $ and hope you do better than that. I also look at "hits" per break, as sometimes it is just not worth it from that standpoint, 20 hits divided by 30 teams means multiple people are probably going to get nothing. It happens even when there are more hits, but if you are paying $100-200 for a break where you can get nothing, but for $25-50 more you can get your own box with all the hits, why do the GB? Just my opinion.
Just a side note, just because a team is cheap doesn't mean it is bad all the time. I saw SPGU case breaks with the Wild for $10 cdn when it first came out, and every case I saw opened had an outdoor game used net card of a Wild player. Not a great team, but the last few years those cards were $30-40 for commons, so not a bad bet at $10 per case break. They seller fixed the price on later cases, but still anyone seeing the checklist would have scooped them up at that price and odds of getting a decent hit from the case.
Good Luck!

QUOTE(cbware88 @ Mar 15 2017, 11:16 AM) Thanks for the comments guys..............I'm really on the fence cause the only kind of luck I seem to have is BAD luck I like watching his videos because I get to see high end products that i could never afford to buy in a million years and I also like to see how the product is packaged. There was one product (can't recall name) that was actually in a briefcase - I thought that was cool. I also agree that the random group breaks are a big risk because you don't get your team but I really feel bad for the guys who buy in and then get nothing.........with my luck I would be that poor sap. Anyways; really enjoyed reading all the comments Thank You Yeah, I think anyone who has bought in on a random has experienced not getting hit at some point. I am also not that lucky, so I usually stick to lower priced GBs. I figure that way if I get nothing I am only out the price of a few packs. Its only fun to gamble with what you are OK with losing. Sometimes it works out, but I usually don't have great luck with the random.
