Bob yes it happened (at least most of it seemed to be attempted) Boomer and myself were in attendance there were technical problems, audio kept going in and out mostly out, and picture froze. I don't think Adam was able to get a recording of it. I guess he'll have to post the hits and check with folks to see if they want their base.

When a break is scheduled, the host should post an announcement in the thread and not just change the title.

If you are following a thread, a title change will not result in an e-mail notification.

Brian, I agree its what makes group breaks work or fail. Half the fun of these things is getting to watch IMO.

Probably should be added to the rules for GBs to put an estimated break date in the main topic post and post an update within the thread a few days before the break happens so members know.

I apologize to all of you for the things that I have done wrong. This is my first time and it's all very new to me. I understand your complaints and now see things that I could have done better. I will work hard to correct these problems in the future. I appreciate you dealing with my growing pains and that's why I'm going to put something extra in everyones boxes. Everyone will have some kind of hit.

All problems with my break have been noted and I will mark all of these things down as things to do better next time. I hope your extra something I send will go a little ways toward showing how sorry I am for any mistakes I've made.

I've spent all my free time last night and this morning sorting and packing up your cards. They will be shipped out tomorrow and I will send you all the tracking info when I find out how.

These are the hits from the break. There were also around seven numbered cards and a lot of inserts and rookies. Including a couple of nice Cam Newton cards.

You didn't do anything wrong. I was using your break as an opportunity to suggest something for every break.

As a new breaker, starting small is the way to go. That way, anything that doesn't go perfectly can be built upon for next time.

Ah the joys of hosting a break....there is no free time, the sorting and packaging is the worse part. But, the most important part, so make sure you plan accordingly. It is important to your customers that they should expect their packages to be shipped in 1-2 days at most.

Adam, as with others my comments were aimed as overall site ideas to improve the group break forums. Sad I did not get to see this live as that is half the fun IMO, but based on the scans it looks like those were decent boxes. It looks like it was a fun break and glad you provided scans. Thanks for breaking and hosting this.
