I bought this card off of ebay for $75.00 because the seller said it was the 1997 press pass signings card of Dale Earnhart Sr. When I got it I saw that it was not the correct card that it was a 10th anniversary series card(not what was listed). Not a real autograph. The seller would not take the card back as a return for false advertisement, so if you want it please send me a trade or a price. I am saving up for a 2000 Press Pass Signing of Earnhart.

i think the bv value is around $10...you should contact ebay about this. If he misled you then you should get you money back...also if you paid with paypal..file a claim wiht them too.

I have contacted Ebay. the problem is I was patient with this seller and was not aware of the 60 day ebay policy. So they can now not help. They will investigate but and see if they need to suspend the seller but they are not going to help me I'm afraid.

Seller has finally decided to send my money back on this card. Thanks for everyones help. He had not gotten any of my e-mails but the one that I sent yesterday that said I was going to have to report internet fraud worked. I appreciate all the advice everyone.
