Chad , still no card, been 11 days now and you have already recieved, I noticed that a lot of your trades go 10-14 days, and Im just not used to waiting that long any idea what gives? I figured Id have it by now....Frank

I apologize for this. I really don't know what to tell you besides that I sent when I said I was going to which was on 10/25. The thing with my trades is that sometimes me and the trade partner send out much later then we actually agree and form the transaction.

As for others, some trades just flat-out take a long time to complete for unknown reasons, possibly because of post-office and delivery issues, and if I am dealing with someone in Canada. Like I said, I'm really sorry.

If it doesn't get to you by next weekend, then I can just send your end back. I have completed a medium amount of transactions (compared to others on this site) and I wouldn't consider myself a bad trader, and I would never try nor want to cheat someone, if that's what you're beginning to think. I'm a trader just like you are and I have passion for trading cards just as much as you do, and I know that I wouldn't want to be cheated.

I really don't want this mishap to make you believe I am a bad trader, but if that ends up being the case then you don't have to make deals with me any more if you don't want to, I would perfectly understand that.

On Monday, I will go to the post office to see if they have any information on it. Then I will get back to you with what they tell me.

I apologize for not being able to get you caught up on everything sooner. On Monday I went to the Post Office for information on your package and they had it because I had mistakenly put the wrong zip code, two of the numbers were switched around. So I took it home, applied the correct zip code, and took it back on Wednesday.

For the past 2-3 weeks I have been really busy on my senior project for high school, because it is a huge part of my grade to pass english and to eventually graduate from highschool. It took a lot of my active status away from TCC for about 2-3 weeks because it is crunch time and we present to judges on Thursday and Friday of this week.

I went to the post-office again today to drop off another package and they had your package there for me to reseal because some how it "became unintentionally re-opened" and for some reason they aren't allowed to seal it for some reason. I taped it up nice and secure.

Again, I apologize. I don't want this to affect my trading status or anything but I have a feeling that it will. This is the only complicated transaction I have ever been part of here on TCC.

If it turns out that I have to serve some-sort of penalty for this mishap then I am perfectly understanding of it.

Frank, I'm sorry beyond belief and if there is anyway I can make this up to you, then I will. If I can send you additional cards or supplies or anything, let me know.

I'm not the kind of person this transaction has made me out to be and I'm willing to change that under any circumstance. I'm not a lousy trader and I don't want it to portray that I am and that I am prone to make up excuses to cover it up.

Chad I gave you the benefit of the doubt earlier, and because the way Im reading what you are saying is just telling me that its irresponsibilty on your part and the Post Office seems to have become your outlet to bring yourself out of a bad situation and I have to say that I really am having a hard time believing your story. I dont have the final say in this matter however if I did you would be sending first for awhile. I see no reason for anyone to have to wait over 21 days for a trade to be completed and now I have this stigma on me when anyone looks at my trade history and if I must carry that then you should bear the stigma of sending first, what transpired is not fair to me. I really am disappointed in the way this trade has gone...Frank

It isn't uncommon to see trades here on TCC to go for longer than 10 days and on some occaisions longer than 20, but that is another story. If acceptable to Bob, I will go ahead and request that I be placed in a penalty for the outcome of this trade, I'll be willing to send first for the next X number of transactions. 36 completed transactions, and this is the only bad one that I have had. Like, I said, I'm an honest and loyal trader/person and I'm not going to let that image slip away from what this trade portrays.

Chad I do understand that some trades go 10, 20 and even longer but most times there is no reason for that other than people just not keeping up thier end of the bargain. At this point that card really is not an issue as its not a valuable card, my whole point is that we entered into a trade agreement and I feel that you did not keep your end of the agreement, I do understand how your schooling could afffect your status and keep you from your responsibilities on TCC , but just be up front and tell someone thats all thats needed, and really there is nothing we can do about the card except ride it out and see when it comes, I just wanted you to know how I felt as your trading partner, how would you feel if the situation were reversed, probably not very happy, anyway nothing to do now but wait...and just remember there is always another person at the other end of your trade and it takes both to make a trade successful.....Frank

4 of your 5 pending transactions have now reached 15+ days. That is obviously something that must be monitored on our end. However, I agree that these current issues are not typical for you. So, I'm not going to add any restrictions at this time.

This trade is now at 21 days. If it reaches 30 days, your account will be immediately restricted to Current Transactions Only. Then, once your pending transactions are closed, you'll have to send first for 10 transactions.

So, I'd suggest that you make sure this and the other 4 transactions get handled and handled quickly.

After 22 days I finally recieved my end of this trade. Chad I want you to know that I will have no problem trading with you in the future although I would want some indication that the trade would never go this long in any future trades and thanks for the trade....Frank

Bob the postmark on the package was 11/14/2006...Frank
