We need new coaching staff. Keep Zimmer, get rid of the rest. I'd like to get Rob Ryan as head coach. Trade Palmer if he still has any value. Groom LeFevour to be starter.

Wow really?

Yes, really. Palmer just doesn't have it anymore. Fitzpatrick is finally getting his chance. They took away to main weapons and he's done as best as he could and kept them competitive and close up to the last minute. Palmer has all the talent around him, but you can see him over/underthrow his receivers more often than not. Maybe it's the coach calling the plays, I don't know. All I know is that he doesn't have that spark, that hunger the way it was in 2005.

Bengals were the #2 defense last season. So what happened? There were no major changes on defense. It must be the coaching staff.
