Ok being he posted that, we have no idea if he PM'ed you that request or not or if you looked in this thread. That is why you were asked for an update, so lose that attitude please.

Monk, no offense to you because you have been the only staff member that has ever given me any assistance. Any attitude is only because I am tired of receiving an inbox full of reminders if I don't respond to a thread update request, but I have contacted different staff members numerous times for assistance/explanations over the past week or so, and am not given any response. I'm currently placed on Current Transactions Only restriction after being threatened with the action if a member did not receive his end of our deal. Despite the fact that no complaint was issued b this member, and despite the fact he did receive his cards by the deadline I was given. I just want this deal completed ASAP, so I can move on. I don't intend on using this site any longer. A PM with any information on how to remove my personal information and/or account from this site would be appreciated.

The reminder I sent was to let you know your trade partner could not read your writing on the package. We have no way of knowing if he sent you a pm, and were only trying to help insure that you saw the post and were able to contact the member to help you receive your end of the trade.

As for removal of your personal information, you may edit your account information, unfortunately Bob_TCC is the only one who can remove an account and based on previous requests I do not think he will do that, just in case you were to ever change your mind about returning. You may contact him through his pm to see if he will honor your request. Thanks.

Thank you for you suggestions, I will edit my profile accordingly. I would never PM Bob as that would result in no response. I've tried that before.

Jon, all of us on the CZT team are here to help. We get numerous requests everyday from members and we all try to get to them as quickly as possible. I have never received a Pm from you asking for any assistance. I would be glad yo look into anything for you. Please feel free to ask myself or another CZT member anytime. If you don't get a reponse from a team member, please try another one. We do have lives outside of TCC, are busy (Just like evertyone else) and will eventually get to your requests. Our intention here is not to make you feel unwelcome in any way. We don't want you to leave the site because of being slighted. We are just help to help moderate certain situations. As for Bob, he does check into the site from time to time, so a pM to him sometimes might help. Unfortuantely for the site, he is very busy right now and doesn't have the time to dedicate to TCC on a day to day basis.
