Wow although I am not a huge fan of rainbow foil, I have to give Topps credit for dramatically increasing the value to each box. This raises the questions of why the heck did it take so long and what kind of ridiculous margin did they have on it (assuming they haven't decided to turn TT into a loss leader!!!lolz1!11!!!!1).
