I understand some folks have had some poor experiences with Topps customer service, but they continue to treat me right...

I received a box of Bowman's Best Football for Christmas and pulled a Frank Gore jersey rookie card with only part of the jersey. I sent the jersey back with a letter respetfully asking for a replacement.

Well, I got home today and waiting for me was was an envelope from Topps, and in it is a very nice letter apologizing for the inconvience and a 2005 Bowman's Best Frank Gore Rookie Card Jersey #'d 799...

... and a 2005 Bowman's Best Jason Campbell Rookie Card Jersey #'d 299...

... and a 2005 Bowman's Best DeAndra Cobb Rookie Card Autograph #'d 999...

... and a 2005 Bowman's Best Marlin Jackson Rookie Card Auto #'d 999...


Superstars? No. But still a very nice effort by whoever handled my letter...

Well I love to hear when people get treated right by these companies.
Yes not a bunch of stars but not crap either. Plus some companies would have just sent a replacement and nothing more. Glad to see they responded quickly as well! Good for you and hooray for topps!

Good deal.....it appears that Acee finally got some satisfaction out of Topps after his last run-in with customer service. Fortunately I've never been in the position to send a card back....or at lease I've never pulled a card worth sending back for a replacement...so I have yet to experience anything negative from any of the companies except UD and their redemption cards TAKING for ever to process.

I carry a gun because a cop is too heavy!!
