I emailed Press Pass for all you Nascar fans (I think I am the only one here) any way here is the response i got for NPN's.
Thank you for your interest in our products and our NPN program. Each of our trading card products offers an NPN option. You must send in one 3X5 index card that includes your complete name and address along with your phone number. The envelope then needs to be addressed to the current product and sent to us at the following address.
