Anytime you buy a hobby box you are taking a risk. You could buy a $500 box that promises high-end hits and only come out with a fraction of what you paid.
That said, here are a few possibilities for 2012 products. The prices are from Dave and Adam's Card World (www.dacardworld.com)
2012 Topps Allen and Ginter - $77.95Many collectors love these for the minis. 24 packs per box, 1 mini per pack. Each box guarantees three hits - either game-used, autographs, or rip cards. Typically, you'll get three GU - but the autographs are typically nice if you hit one.

You get 2 on-card Fan Favorites autographs per box. Bryce Harper also has a short-printed RC in the set that is a tough pull.

2012 Leaf The Living Legend: Pete Rose - $17.95Each box contains 10 packs of base cards and 1 guaranteed Pete Rose autograph. The autograph will either be an autographed card or a redemption card for a piece of autographed memorabilia.
