In keeping with its practice of releasing information on upcoming sets six months or more in advance, Topps gave us a sneak peek at one of next year’s sets on Tuesday. 2014 Topps Heritage will be out early next year and move the series one more year into its throwback past by featuring a 1965 theme.

Among the highlights: a redemption card that will earn the lucky collector who pulls it a complete, original 1965 Topps set, the revival of the Embossed inserts and plenty of variations, parallels and inserts.

Box toppers include a three-card advertising panel and supersized cards in the 1965 Topps design.

Oh Man pulling that redemption for a complete Original 1965 set would be AWESOME. Sadly I don't bust enough new product myself to get a chance at that stuff. sad.gif Oh and I really hope it is really an Original set, untainted by any "Original 1965 Set" stamped imprints or reprinted "originals" with new copyright info and logos. Even if it was in just almost fair to good condition.
