That's because you didn't confirm the details of the sale. Transactions move faster when members on both sides are prompt with their communication.

I find that to be a pretty lame excuse myself.

You srsly Chris have a responsibility for timely shipping to a PAID customer.

The administrative guffaw on tileman's part is NO excuse for you not to have shipped the cards.

The team was actively pursuing a response from tileman and in no way shape or form does it excuse you for NOT shipping!

Dont let this happen again!

You could have atleast sent me a PM letting me know what was going on. If you would have told me you were waiting for me to confirm transaction, I would have known that was the hold up and would have immediately checked the pending transaction. As it was, I had no reason to check the messages in the transaction. I feel like you were worried about getting my money (how many PM's did you send about when to pay?) but you were not concerned what so ever about me receiving the cards.

just for an update, my fiance wrecked her car on friday, we just got transportation back Today, shipping first thing in the morning.

come on already...you said you had already mailed the cards out over a week ago.......what is the deal? I understand being without a car....but you also said you were sending them out over 7 days......this is really feeling like I am getting put off and put off again......will I get these cards by Christmas you think?

Finally got my cards.....just wondering how you determined the dual team cards since you never posted the live randomization? I had the Broncos and the Elway/Leinart dual jersey matching numbers was something i was hoping for.....could you please tell me how you determined who got the random card?
