I'm in Brian, and I might be able to take a second slot fora month if need be, I can give a definite answer by the end of the week.

Still looking for additional members and we need some box ideas.

As it stands right now our total budget for May is $286 with roughly $56 for postage, paypal fees, supplies ($5.10 per member estimate = $3+ $1+$1). So it sounds like we could currently spend around $230 on our break.

$230 does not allow a lot of options:

09-10 SPGU $162 6 hits + rcs
09-10 Ice $ 80 3 hits + 4 rcs (releasing 5/18 or 5/25?)
Total $242 9 hits + 4+ rcs

09-10 SPx $94 3 hits + rc
09-10 BD $82 2-3 hits + 4 rcs
09-10 Champs $61 4 hits + 5 rcs (could replace with 8-09 Masterpieces or 9-10 UD S1)
Total $237 9 hits + 9+ rcs

09-10 BD $82 2-3 hits + 4 rcs
09-10 Champs $61 4 hits + 5 rcs (could replace with 8-09 Masterpieces)
09-10 UD S1 $62 2 hits + 6 rcs
something for $25-30 (Trilogy pack, SPGU pack?)
Total $230-235 8-9 hits

Would anyone be up for skipping May and doubling up in June? I can take two slots this month and open, but maybe we could just do #52 per slot next month and combine the months?

Bill, I guess it is up to the majority. I don't think waiting another month will add anymore members.

I dislike the double up theory as every time we have done this I have gotten zonked. I don't mind spending $26 for zip, but $52 for zip is no fun when I could spend that on my own box and get all the hits. No offense I just get bummed more when paying that much for a spot and not getting anything or something minor to show for it. Just stating my thoughts about doubling up.

It is up to the group and I will add a poll so everyone can vote Yes or No. Just please post you have voted since anyone can vote, hopefully only people in the group will vote.

I'm indifferent. I can host this month as well if we do follow through and take a second slot (the Flyers) But if we do go through with it we need to get moving.

Actually looking at how late we are in the month... maybe we should just skip may but have payments for June be due by June 1st? Then we could get back on track month wise.

I am sort of OK with skipping May.

I would not mind having a lower break for those of us that want to be in one. There are enough products out there with hits, I just wanted to do newer stuff as I know some members would prefer that over doing BAP (8), Parkhurst (4), Masterpieces (4), Champs (4), based on the teams they own.

Maybe we should break and see what happens with UD and whether new products are going to be released like Ice, etc?

I'm fine with skipping May, just not doubling up. I don't think I could afford 100 plus dollars as I already pay 52.00 for my two teams.

Voted against doubling up too. Like Brian, I always seem to have a bunch of base for my $52, which definitely is no fun.

I'd love to see a box of Between the Pipes this month if whoever is busting wouldn't mind doing a little sorting of the players.

Looks like we should make this into a May - June Break.

Also Im not in the doubling Idea.

I think the new BAP comes out this week so we should get that involved.

I know its not in the buget but a case of new BAP be pretty cool.

Due to an upcoming anniversary trip, I'm going to be be taking a 2 month sabbatical from this break.

Mikeadd10 has been on the waiting list for the Canadiens for some time now, and has volunteered to take them over in my absence.

I went to Memphis with my Fiance last April and we decided to drive to Tunica the one evening and I won 1000 on one of the Penny Machines ( Max Bid) at Ballys Paid for our Whole Trip!!
