One word.... wow that is tough...

Warrior

"Baseball players will take anything. If you had a pill that would guarantee a pitcher 20 wins but might take five years off his life, he'd take it" MLB pitcher Jim Bouton about drug use in the Major Leagues... quoted in 1969.

I vow to no longer purchase any product that features sticker autographs...
If your user name is this color I'm afraid I'll have to pass on any proposed transactions at this time.

You know, when Favre forced his way out of Green Bay I was furious. It ticked me off that he couldn't just retire the legend that he was as his best years were behind him.

And then Favre proved that I was the one who was wrong. One of many anyway... laugh.gif

First of all, Favre was not going to beat out Aaron Rodgers for the starting job... it was well known that the Packers wanted to go with Rodgers (and who can blame them). Favre knew that he was going to lose and forced his way into a starting job with Jets.... even after the Packers offered him $20 MILLION DOLLARS to retire a Packer.

Then last year he signs with the Vikings and again I doubted him... and all he does is goes and have the best statistical year of his career.

I am done hating on the man. It seems the media has that market cornered....

You guys are absolutely out of your mind to think that the biggest fan favorite that team has ever had would sit on the bench and collect 15 million dollars for a year, especially with his longest games started streak still running. It wasn't until he retired and then thought about coming back when the Packers finally said they were no longer interested and wanted to take the next step forward with Aaron Rodgers.

1. the packers? hell no, they hired a PR man to bad mouth him, where do you think diva and prima donna came from?
2. the haters? hell no. i have other words for them.
3. the fans? of course not.
4. favre fans? hell no, we love to watch him.
5. the NFL? of course not, hes a money machine for them.
6. the vikes? hell no, he is playing his heart out for them, and anybody that says different knows squat.
7 jets fans? eh, doesn't matter, they're just happy they have a potential future favre.

my one word is DETERMINED.
