Collector Zone _ Completed Transactions _ Trade: AccordionJacob and booth9919

The TCC Collector Zone Transaction Manager generated the following agreement:

AccordionJacob receives:

Adrian Peterson Class Marks auto
Kobe Bryant Black diamond Auto

booth9919 receives:

UD Debut Cutler Rc auto
Forte Leaf Certified auto
Forte Gridiron Patch auto

Additional notes:

Both will send no later than thursday the 13th......w/ DC.....thanks,jacob

I have yet to recieve, but DC # show package delivered at my home at 11:21 am nov. 15th........Booth took care of his end...... but for some reason there is a problem down the line somewhere on this end.........thinking with PO.......but no one can locate my package..

Have you spoken with your local post office? What solutions are they offering at this time?

Since this transaction is only at 12 days in duration, my suggestion is that we wait and see if the package manages to show up. Trust me... It can happen.

If the duration reaches 30 days and the package still hasn't surfaced, we can discuss closing this as a failed transaction. Otherwise, replacement cards could be sent in order to have this transaction closed as complete.

Why would I send replacement cards when it shows my cards as delivered.

Not saying that they did or didnt show up, but dont understan why i would send more.

I'll respond with an example...

Let's say you purchased an unopened hobby box from an online web site. The package was shipped and you received a related tracking number. A few days later, the tracking number indicated you received the package. However, you never received the package!

You called the online web site and they politely informed you that the package had been delivered.

What would your response be to the online web site?

I undrstand what you are saying with that but they also wouldnt send anything out to you again till you prove that nothing has been recieved.

I dont know, I am not on that end of the deal. I have done everything I am supposed to. I will help Jacob out as much as I can to resolve this situation but put yourself in my shoes. What would you do or think.

I actually am in your shoes on http://www.tradingcardcentral.com/forums/?showtopic=142982. The only difference between the 2 transactions is that my transaction partner will no longer respond.

If he would, I've actually been prepared to issue a full refund. Why? Personally, I'd rather lose that money than have someone believe (fairly or not) they got the "raw end of the deal" in a transaction with me.

So, again, I really do understand. I'm also not saying what you have to do. I'm just trying to provide some food for thought.

In the end, I'll let you and AccordionJacob work this out in a way that you're both comfortable with.

not trying to be mean but in your situation its only $25, yeah i would feel the same way you do, but in this situation we are dealing with cards that sell for 100 plus and that is hard to replace in a collection and in a check book.

thats why I say our situations are diffrent. amd thats why I am stuck on what to do.

Andy,

AccordionJacob has been very clear about this... The package was not received. So, we either have to believe AccordionJacob or not believe AccordionJacob. I think we're all on the same page in believing AccordionJacob.

With that said...

I've shared my thoughts on this situation already and also stated I'll let you and AccordionJacob work this out in a way that you're both comfortable with. So, please just do that that and then let us know what is decided.

Alright guys.....Ive have been trying to do all that I can to see where my package is or where it went..........up to this day....the PO is totally speechless......I dont know what else to do...........its just really bad....to have lost over $500 cards........do you guys have any other advice for me to do or to look into.....????? if so please help........thanks, jacob

Hello Bob.......we got everything worked out between me and Andy........he is going to send me 2 replacement cards............and if it happens to be that the other 2 cards show up in my hands....that I would return the favor and send him those back, if not something else equal value in return..........again I apologize to the both of you for all the troubles......but its been pretty hectic....to lose those 2 cards though...........but then again, like I said I will keep you guys posted on if those cards end up showing up....which I really doubt but........but I am keeping my hopes up........... Thanks again guys for all of your cooperation........Jacob

Thanks to both members for working together to deal with a difficult situation in a civil and thoughtful manner. Lost packages are not enjoyable for either party, so I truly appreciate the fact that a resolution was found that was acceptable to both members.

This trade is now closed as complete.
