I have yet to receive anything from this deal. I was also contacted for my address by the other party well, after this was posted, and was also informed after the transaction was posted that he did not have one of the cards he agreed to trade me, though that was taken care of by offering me something else in exchange.

Still yet to receive anything.

Recieved cards today. Not satified with the trade, 2 of the 3 cards I recieved are damaged, and it was'nt the packaging that caused it.

Just to add, the mailer was postmarked August 13th, the last time I PM'd him to say I have notified the Staff here, and 2 weeks after he asked for my Address for the second time. He did respond to my PM, this is his responce.

I need to ask what you will do about the damaged cards. This damage is from carelessness, not shipping problems. It would have been nice to tell me the cards were not mint. and to have not waited until you received my card to send them out..

So I purposely dinged all 4 corners on The Wang? I creased the Hamilton? Do I need to post scans?
All 4 corners of the wang are dinged. the lower right is the worst as it show sgnificant white on the corner. the Hamilton has a 1 inch wrinkle under the TSC logo.

I did look at your transaction report, and there are many times you had problems with sales and trades, granted most were not your fault, but I should have looked at that before agreeing to trade with you as many were your lack of concern towards your sales/trade partner, and even had someone recieve a damaged GU before. The Admin had to even get on you MANY times to take care of your deals.
Besides, you make the deal, then dont have one of the cards, so I take a cut by selecting the Hamilton to replace the Mauer, then have to wait nearly a month for my cards to arrive, and they are'nt sent until I email you that I'm notifiing the Staff. Thats even after you PM'd Me 2 weeks ago asking for my addy a second time! Your not that far away from me, I received stuff from Europe and Canada faster than that!
I dont want to hear the "I was busy" excuse either. If your too busy, dont trade or sell until you can make the time. I waited a long time for these, and when we first agreed, I told you I was using these in another trade. well, that fell through because of your untimely sending, and I would be embarrased to even offer the Wang if it got here sooner or even try to trade the Wang now.
The card is garbage.

As far as I'm concerned, this deal is a failed transaction. But it is completed. even though I got screwed.
