Ever want to join a box break club and your favorite team is never available? Been there, done that. Well this is your chance to join and pick your team favorite. A couple of friends and I decided to start are own box break club because of the limited good teams available. Actually I encourage other TCC members to start their own Box break club so all members don't have to wait for their team to become available.

FREE TEAM GIVEAWAY BELOW

Now lets take a look at the club rules:
(These rules may seem similar to another clubs rules, its just what my friends and I agreed upon)

1. $25 a team, $22 for any additional team.
2. PayPal payments only.
3. Club members will give input on what boxes to purchase.
4. Videos will be made of each box break and will be broadcasted on YouTube.
5. Team owners have first choice to either hold on to their team or choose an unclaimed team for the following month.

Our objective is to make all our club members happy. We want to make sure we send everyone a hit or two. Hits are classified as Game Used, Autographs, Printing Plates, serial numbered cards and redemptions. So, box preference is crucial. I will try to mix it up with at least 1 high end box, several middle to low end boxes, and 1 rookies box.

Rules for cards from unclaimed teams:

1. Hits from these teams will be randomly distributed to members by random.org and will be done live on the forum.
2. Claiming more than one team does not increase your odds of winning.
3. Once you have been awarded an unclaimed hit, your name will be removed from the drawing for the next unclaimed hit.
4. If there are more unclaimed hits than members, there will be a second round of drawings.
5. Unclaimed base cards will be distributed to all members by random.org and will not be done live nor taped.

More deciding rules:

1. Cards with multiple teams represented will be decided by random.org between the owners of the teams on the card.
2. Cards with a player that is wearing a different jersey than what card says goes to team depicted on card, not by jersey.

There you go. Thats bout it. If there are any changes or additions in the rules, they will be posted here on the thread.

Are we getting closer to a Group Break subforum? That would be AMAZING. Its getting tougher to tell which is which.

I created a new Football group break club, here are the details:

Club: monthly football CASE break club
Members: 16
Cost: depends on what product we break
Focus: full cases of a product

This club just finished its first month and it was a huge success. I wanted to create a club that focussed on breaking cases as opposed to different boxes. This club consists of 16 members and each member gets 2 teams, 1 picked and 1 randomized. The members are allowed to keep their picked team from month to month, but we will always randomize the remaining teams and the members are allowed to trade their teams if they wish October was our first month and we broke an 8 box case of 2008 Gridiron Gear. I chose to break the boxes on youtube but that could change to doing it on ustream if the members want to break the case live. Results from our first break can be found here:

http://www.tradingcardcentral.com/forums/i...opic=181478&hl=

I dont want anyone to end the break empty handed, so I try to throw in something for the people who didn't get any hits at all. This club was created with the intention of getting a full case worth of team cards and hits and the first month was a success and hopefully it will last for a long time and already over half of the members already stated that they want in for next months break.

Possibly, but such details still need to be worked out.

I have just filled my first Group Break of 2008 Football product. We are waiting on payments, and once they are in, I will be ordering my boxes through TCC member DIAMONDCARDS aka Shawn. I had a very nice conversation with him on the phone last night, and it sounds like he will be my go to guy for product on all my future breaks. Pending the success of this break, I plan to try at least one a month, I am participating in this first one, but plan to just "play host" in some of my future breaks, that way I will free up the Boys for other Dallas fans. I will try to make most of my Breaks range in cost from $20.00 to $30.00 depending of course on the product we open. As for a name, I have no name yet, but am thinking of naming the Monthly break, "The King's Court" laugh.gif

My card collection has been put on hold, I pick up vintage cards from time to time, but overall I collect Music Memorabilia now. I am an avid Custom Print Guitar Pick collector now, so if you have any, let me know.

Do you have members that "roll into" the next break and you start by simply verifying whether they are remaining in the break that month?

Anyone running these things need a BEARS spot filled? I'd love to join a monthly spot for a $25-40 fee club. But I never find any with the Bears still available. If someone could hit me up sometime if you have a Bears spot open that would be just grand.

I'm starting up a monthly Football one, with same parameters as my Hockey one. All draft, 10 slots, and going with low-mid end product to give us more cards. Same as my other one you can't draft same team in back to back months in the 1st round (gives everyone a shot at "hot" teams). Also going to try and have a mix of years so more better teams to pick in 1st rnd. Break will be done live on Ustream, the two undrafted teams hits and base will be done with a drawing for each hit, and the base for each team in another drawing.

Looking for former Oregon State players in NFL, Steven Jackson top priority:
