The market is insane and I think some people will be kicking themselves when some of these things end up as being overpaid for.
Don't feel bad, I have sat on things only to see them drop, when I should have sold high as I am sure we all have. You were happy with what you got when you sold it, and that is all that should matter. If we all had a crystal ball, we would make the right decision every time. I have a magic 8 ball and it fails me everytime. LOL
