If these are retail, where any of them purchased from Target packs or boxes?  There are hobby Lucky 13s (pulled from hobby packs), retail Lucky 13s (pulled from retail packs) and Target-Exclusive Lucky 13s (I assume which are from Target-only retail boxes).
