This looks like another neat product it just depends on the price. Not sure how good it will be for group breaks but it looks interesting enough that I might have to get a box. It sounds like it will be a format like Decade 80s.
Canada vs The World
On October 6, 2011, In The Game will be releasing Canada vs. The World an International hockey card product that will thrill collectors.
Canada has a very proud history in International competition but the Summit Series of 1972 showed Canadians that hockey is an International sport. From that tournament on, the competition in International hockey has been fierce.
This product will bring out the best in International hockey card collecting. Each box of Canada vs. The World will contain 4-Authentic Game-Used Memorabilia cards, 2-Authentic Autograph cards, 1-100 Years of Hockey Card Collecting card and 2-Non-Memorabilia Insert cards.
Authentic Autograph Cards
The Authentic Autograph Card checklist features a star-studded lineup of International players along with players who wore the Canadian flag on their jerseys with pride. Thornton, Sakic, Nieuwendyk, Niedermayer, Nash, Roy, Luongo, Robinson, Robitaille, Messier, Joseph and many, many more versus Lafontaine, Krutov, Koivu, Granato, Hedberg, Haske, Kurri, Tretiak, Amonte, Craig, Chara and many, many more.
Each box of Canada vs. The World will contain 2 Authentic Autograph cards.
Authentic Game-Used Memorabilia Cards
Most Authentic Game-Used Memorabilia cards featuring players' International jerseys, something collectors have come to expect from only In The Game.
There will be four Authentic Game-Used Memorabilia Cards in each box of Canada vs. The World.
The Authentic Game-Used Memorabilia inserts include; Canadian Cloth, International Materials, My Country-My Team, World Junior Grads, Global Greats, International Showdown, Triple Gold and others.
Non-Memorabilia Inserts
There will be two Non-Memorabilia inserts in each box of Canada vs. The World.
There are four different Non-Memorabilia insert sets to collect. Great Moments, Summit Series, Protecting Canada's Crease and Roots of International Hockey.
