Outline · [ Standard ] · Linear+ Best RPG for PC?, Title says it all....opinions wanted

Hey guys need some help here. I havent played a PC RPG for a while now and I have some time to kill so I want to buy a good one. Morrowind was the last game I played. Can someone tell me the absolute best PC RPG on the market right now. I want something that is detailed and complex but fun to play. I dont want some simple slash and hack game. I am in my 30's so I'm not looking for a game that can be mastered by a 7 year old. I like complex story lines.

If anyone has a few ideas of different games I could reserach please name them here. And if you know of a good site to buy from and to see some screen shots that would be great too.

I have "Neverwinter Nights" the platinum edition! 3 games in one had it for 7 months now and only through 2nd level of the first game!!!

Thats my pick awesome game tons of hours of playtime! Plus you can log online and after you get a big enough character take him oline and play!!

I like this. Civ III and Civ IV
Conquests is fun too.

Thanks anyway for the response though....I will look into those games too...they look pretty decent from what I saw in the links.

I can't really comment much on PC games - I don't have a strong enough system to play anything good. Civ III is good (and I guess IV is better - can't play it). Is the Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion coming on PC? What I've saw of it on the 360 looks good.

Yeah, the Elder Scrolls series is good...I liked the last one, Morrowind. The next one is looking to be real nice.
