When a seller puts things like God Bless you and have a great week, AWESOME or other words in all capital letters make people more interested in something they have for sale ? And make people want to buy them ?

I have to say I am more inclined to buy what they are selling when they say "have a nice day" to me.

I, quite frankly get annoyed if people write god bless and such, I once got four (yes, four) mini paper things with jebus stuff huh.gif

Excessive use of capslock makes me go like this: blink.gif

The single most annoying thing people can write is, "no international bidders" dry.gif

Main Focus: Alex Brink, ANDREW LUCK, Peyton Manning, Thomas Robinson and Ultimate Collection.

Also Collecting: Beanie Wells, Bo Jackson, John Tavares, Karl-Anthony Towns, Kyle Turley, LeBron James, Ryan Nassib, Vitor Belfort, Star Trek, Wrestling and other stuff..

I get a little annoyed with 5 pages of huge, red, bold disclaimers on a 99 cent card... come on.

Honestly, I'm less inclined to buy if they spam the auction with all that nonsense. It also bugs me when they put in pointless nonsense that has nothing to do with the auction, or a copy-and-paste general set of information. Basically, if they put too much crap in the way between me and the actual description I'm looking for (or if the description of the item itself is missing entirely), I move on.

One that bugs me as well.. is the 1/1.. when it's not! That stupid stuff about it being a 1/1 if it's numbered, first last or players number ticks me off.. soooooooooo much dry.gif

Ditto. Except in a few cases where I really "need" the card they have for sale and it is cheap enough.

I'm interested in the card you are selling not your selling history (If I want that I can check your % rating and most recent feedbacks to determine if you are a good seller or not).

What I Collect
Washington DC area Sports teams and Vintage plus Non-Sport.
