NY's 2009 Upper Deck Exquisite Case Break! - Part IV: Back at it again due to popular demand. I will have left the team assignments from last break up for today for those who have not yet reclaimed there teams to do so. I will open up all other available spots tommorrow. I am going to go ahead and order the case Monday or Tuesday to be ready to roll!
Payment must be able to be made when bread fills.

The Break: Will occur live on BLOGTV as soon as we fill and all payments are in. Pics of all hits and recordings of videos will also be posted in the thread following the break.

Team Selection: All teams are available but costs will vary. The better rookie/legend teams will cost more. The remaining 16 teams will be either randomed between all the members, or if we have time before break, we will randomize the order and draft the second teams.

Payment: Paypal is only method of payment and must be made prior to break. If you can, just send payment when you sign up as I will be ordering the case ahead of time with my own funds.

Team Determination and Cards with multiple Teams: All cards will be given to the holder of the team shown on the card. The team in writing will take precedent over the pictured team if for some reason someone is pictured in there old teams uni but the card has written there new team. Any with multiple teams on the cards will be randomed. Any multiple in which the same member owns more than one team on the card will get the card, unless of course two different members have two teams represented on say a quad card, in that case I would revert back to randomization. Both your selected team and random (drafted) team will count. So on a triple, you need not have two of the three from initial selected teams, but if you have your selected team and your random (drafted) represented, the card would go to you. In order for this rule to apply, you need to have 50% or more represented of the teams on the card, if not, the card will go to randomization for all the teams shown. Any retired stars that played for multiple teams and they are featured in there college uniform on the card will go to the team that they made there first start for. Any cut signatures or other items not related to an current NFL team or Franchise will be randomed.

I have included members from the previous break that showed interest in breaking another case. Please let me know if you still want in or would like to pass (I know this stuff is expensive!). If you want to pass, no worries, if your a regular, I will hold your respective team for you for next time.

Thanks guys, have you down. Raymor77, put you down for the Saints with the last spot, which moves the Steelers back to the open list. Let me know if this is ok or if you prefer the Steelers. Most all spots have been reclaimed at this point. Waiting to hear back on one more spot. I will wait till Monday once I can finalize pricing to start accepting payments.

Do you guys want to wait a week or so to regroup paypal funds since we are essentially full already or move forward now and break sometime this week. Either way is fine with me.

OK guys, have all shipments from III out the door and have done some inquiries for case pricing this morning. Good news is that prices have come down a little bit. I have updated the first post accordingly. If we could pull it off, lets plan on doing the break similar to the last one. Lets make payments due Wednesday, draft Thursday/Friday and break Friday or so. Please let me know by PM if you need to wait to make payment or prefer to push the break back and we'll figure something out. Sounds like most are ready and want to go again with another break this week.

So let's start getting some payments in. I'll wait till Wednesday to order the case, just in case the prices come down any further.

Let's shoot for a break time of 7:00 ET. Will that work for everyone? Could go earlier if people prefer but I know a couple people don't get off work till 5:30 or so but if the majority wants to bust early we will.

And I just double checked tracking and it is definitely out for delivery so we are definitely busting some exquisite tonight!!!!!

OK guys, looks like we'll break earlier as that will work for most. Brandt won't be around till 4 so lets plan on around then. Will that timeframe work for you Raymor as you were the only one that liked the 7 oclock break?

Also, it's been confirmed by PM that PG has aquired the Saints from Lildones and Lildones now has the Raiders. I have the update in the original post. Any other trades out there?

Good timing because case just arrived! Let's still plan on a 4:00 but may go live here shortly just to test things out before then (hopefully avoid the freezing up issue I had last time). So look for a link shortly and come on in.......there also is a surprise waiting for the group (nothing major but did have a few extra bucks leftover from the price coming down so we have a small bonus ).

Man I missed the break but looks like I did OK. I did miss out on the Knowshon/Wells Dual again. That is twice I had a shot at one and missed both times. Can't complain I got 2 nice hits. I would be up for case 5 if you are running it. Thanks and let me know.

Sorry Chris, was initially going to try to hold off untill the evening as I knew you most likely would be at work till around the time last week when we broke the case, but the rest of the guys were around and ready to go.  But your right, at least you got a couple nice cards (cards) !  The Wells Patch in the booklet is puuurrrrrrdddddyyyyy!
