Yes, There will be a lot of teams making changes this off season, guess it didn't take long for the Pens to make some. Though I haven't watch the Pens nor kept up on there stats, maybe not the GM, maybe the players, who knows, but with the Talent they had, something went wrong.
All I know, look for some big team movements!

OK from a Pens fan perspective, today has us going What the heck!!!! Really Bylsma stays and Shero goes? Makes no sense, initial reports here were both were gone, not sure why that changed. Shero needed to go, while he has done well with trades, he has done horrible with drafting. They draft too many D, trade for too many D, and sign too many old D (Scuderi) and most of the young D drafted is spending their careers in the AHL. Bylsma on the other hand plays AHL wingers (Megna+) on Crosby's line, while a 1st round pick (Bennett) is relegated to the 3rd line and a top defensive pick is relegate to the AHL to play (Depres). Also, go back to last year and you tell me why Iginla was relegated to a 3rd line? No wonder he would not resign here. Probably why Jagr passed, too. Both should be gone.
As for players, hearing Neal is one the trading block as most others have no trade clauses. Fluery is up in the air, he played pretty solid and would have faired a lot better with some defensive help during the end of the Rangers series, of course he could have used some goals from some high paid players as well. They might resign him. Hearing lots of other unrestricted free agents will be gone like Orpik, Jokinnen, Niskanen, and some others. Will have to see what they do.
