Welcome to the all new ongoing mail day thread: Birds in the Box

I'm a little behind and trying to play catch up. Here are some pick ups I've made over the past few weeks.

First, my favorite mistake. Didn't check my list when I bid on him and was surprised to see him in a Braves uni when he showed up on my doorstep.

Now it's time for the birds:

Some guys I don't know much about, but hope to hear a lot about in the coming years.

Grabbed it off sportlots for.a quarter. I didn't open the auction to look at the picture or anything. It was about to expire without any bids so I quick bid it and forgot about it until it came. The cards autos are from christmas in july on tcz. I was surprised when I saw Taveras. I was ecstatic when I saw the Martinez. My first of who I think is the best of the Cardinals young arms....nafter Wacha of course.
