Okay I just looked, go to new request and a pop up window pops up, click Factory damaged card. Click year, brand hockey doesn't matter really as there is no card, just fellow the steps so you can write in the note section on the page, write a brief on your redemption, write your request number with it along with any other request number, and make sure you say your trying to find out about your redemption, and cant contact anyone through the website or phone.

It worked for me, took one day to get a response, if that don't work, try quality assurance underneth Factory Damage and follow the same steps.

Hope this helps and let me know if they contacted you as I'm sure there are other members going through the same thing smile.gif

I tried this yesterday and tonight I see that the request has been closed with no response.

I had a Sheahan AU/RC that was over due, I forgot how I did it but on the your redemption page, I clicked something to get them to respond to me, it took one day and I told them about the card I was waiting for and they sent me a replacement the same week, I'll look and see what I did, thought I posted it in another thread about it.

That was most likely how I did it before as well but now I don't see where that is an option.

Does anyone have a good contact phone number for anyone at panini? I have a couple redemptions that have been out there for a while and I am considering trying to trade them for something else. However I can't get a hold of anyone. You used to be able to do this online but not any more I call the phone number on their website and sit on hold for ever until it eventually hangs up on me. I have sent an email to the address that they give when you call in but no response in almost a month. They definitely make it difficult to talk to someone. Thanks

Depending on the case I have no issues with doubling up for January. however I am also not a fan of 15/16 anthology. cards are pretty blah to me. Also not a fan a vault. so ok stuff but basically old stuff with a vault stamp on it. I'm ok with a box of these two but not so much on a case.

It just got released and it isn't available at one of the biggest online retailers in the US.  Nice job Dave & Adams.

from what I have seen on several places online is upper deck completely sold out of it which could make things interesting. I am surprised that blaster boxes haven't hit the shelves yet. maybe black Friday boxes later this week?

imo we have two options.

1. vote for Clinton ends up being at least another four years just like the last eight we just had.

2. vote for trump and hope he shakes some things up to the good ole boys that are already in DC.
