I need advice on this Topps Million Trade offer. I want to make a quick decision before its gone.

I am offered a 1961 Topps Ernie Banks MVP #485 BV $40 with a population of 1

for my 1952 Topps Ray Scarbourough (1st Series Common) #43 BV $60 with a population of 2.

On one hand I would like to pass on the offer and on the other hand I want the Ernie Banks.

I can use both for other trade offers but I am stuck. Let em know what you guys would do !!!

It is a extremely short printed card (can take like 2-3 cases to get 1 "pie card"), its a yankee only variation, and its from one of the hottest products to get right now.
