Got some of these on Ebay, 12 packs of 52 cards. The Rack Packs have the Red Border Parallel that is exclusive to them (2 per Pack suppose to be). First box had: 24 Gold 26 Red 16 RCs 3 Inserts (The Franchise, First Goal, and Net Cam) 1 RC AU So compared to a Regular Retail box you get less Golds, a couple less RCs and a couple less inserts by what is stated to be in Regular Retail, but you are getting the Red Parallel in the Rack Packs plus a lot more base. So may be the way to go for Set Builders if you can find it, as I got 3 Rack boxes for $149 dlvd, so about the same as Regular Retail would have been for 3 boxes. Not going to list the Golds or the RCs, building the set so regular RCs won't be for trade until I get duplicates anyway (have a couple more boxes incoming, 2 Reg. We shall see if I get similar results far as what is in them, but supposed to be 2 Gold and 2 Reds but those are the only stated odds I have see on this format unlike Regular Retail and Hobby that breaks it down more.
