It could be a possibility, he's 38 years old and has been around the game since the early 90s. Too bad he wasn't coming up at a different time cause his RCs are so watered down. Hopefully he doesn't retire, I've always admired him for staying with the same team for so long.

Yeah, I just read an article that he's going to wait untill the end of the year to retire though. He wants to finish the year with the Braves.

I really don't see him doing it this year.

I think if the Braves can keep their current momentum and if he is healthy enough to play in 60 games in the second half of the season, that he will stick out at least another year....but at the same time, that extra year would be with a different skipper and that is something that Chipper has not experienced in a long, long time...... I hope that he stays, but if not....it has been a heck of a ride....
