This "contest" was inspired by previous "Chains" most notably the contest "
The Chain" by Marc
(msw_sportscards).
THE CONCEPT: Simple really it is like those
"take a card, leave a card" packages. A trade package gets sent in order to group members who pick one, two or how many cards they want. Replace those cards with the same number of cards of approximate equal value/desirability and send the package on to the next member, and eventually back to the originator of the package (in this case me). More cards can be added, but please don't go overboard. Individual cards only not full blown sets. We are trying to keep the postage down to a minimum.
The only real rule is if you take something out it must be replaced with something approximately equal in value, quality, cardness.
There is no specific time limit for how long you keep the chain stack, but try to keep things moving so it doesn't get stalled for too long or completely stopped (that has happened on one occasion).
Delivery Tracking is not required but it is requested so that the group can track where the package currently is, or if a problem occurs.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Leave a comment in this thread showing your interest in participating. THEN send a PM to me (captkirk42) with your contact information and mailing address (TCC handle, full real name, mailing address, email contact). If you don't PM me with your address and contact info you will not be added to this package round.
Members from the last package are encouraged to participate again (I still have those addresses I just need confirmation for new round).
Participating members must have no restrictions or member limitations (Must send first, current transactions only etc...), and should be a fairly consistent regular poster with a current posting history here on TCC.
Lets try to get at least 10 members participating.
Sign-Up Deadline: Sign up for this package chain is NOW OPEN and will run until Monday 31 March 2014.
Package Sending Order: When the sign-up deadline has passed I will randomize the list of participants (minus myself the chain originator and "terminator") the standard three times via random.org. I will post the order and then ship out the package to the first person on the list. At that time I will also PM each member with the name and mailing address of the member they will be shipping to.
