I collect a ton of L.A/St.Louis Rams players and some of the best have been Fred Dryer,Jack Youngblood,Ken Iman,Lou Michaels, lots of retired players have signed for me and very quickly.Current players Marc Bulger and Isaac Bruce are great signers + the ones i just posted alot of them were quick returns.

Real excited about this one as he was one of my favorite Rams.
Even answered my questions. I ask other than the Super Bowl Championship what was his most memorable moment? his answer was "finally beating the 49ers best day of my football life" I ask who his closest friends were on the team? his answer "Bruce,Warner,K.Carter,Agnew,pretty much the entire 1999-2000 squad" also signed the note.

I am a huge Tommy Kramer fan and see you have a Kramer 1/1 card. If you don't mind may I ask which brand it is and if you could explain it to me a little. The only Kramer 1/1 cards that I know of are the printing plates from the 2005 topps all-american football set. There is supposably 4, each a different color. Do you have a picture/scan of the card? I am new to site so not sure if that is an option or not.

I think he means that he sent Kramer one (1) card to sign and got back one (1) card signed so...1/1; as opposed to if he sent three cards and got back one signed- 3/1.

This was actually the Curt Warner who played for the Seahawks in the 1980s.
Every time i have sent Kurt Warner a card he signs a prayer card.

and a strange one that i sent almost a year ago before i moved. it was forwarded to me,the person even put a 2 cent stamp on it,it was postmarked lakeland florida,no auto no card just stuff out of watchtower magazine my wife says it is jehova witness stuff,looking briefly through who i sent to in that time period lou whitaker is the only one i sent to in lakeland.anyone else ever get anything like this?

I got back a interesting failure today. I did a address search for Rich McGeorge TE for the Packers in the 1970s, found a Rich McGeorge living in Eau Claire WI. I figured this is probably my guy. Well today i received a letter from Rich McGeorge & its the wrong guy,he says strangers come up to him occasionally and ask if he played for the Pack, says that he can tell they are skeptical that he did because he is smaller than they expected 5foot 170 pds.He goes on to tell me about the Rich i am looking for ,that he was a line coach for the dolphins for seven yrs and is currently a coach at Shaw university in NC.He even sent a recent picture from the internet of who he called the REAL Rich McGeorge Pretty nice guy and now i know where to find the former Packer

Roger Harding 5/3 custom index 9 days. Roger played for the 1945 Champion Cleveland Rams and the 1946 Los Angeles Rams as a Center and Linebacker. He also sent two of his own custom made cards, i wish my scanner was working as these are pretty cool. Real happy with this one. I have several addresses of Rams that played in the 30's & 40's but i am always leary about sending in case they have passed,well this one turned out well & i have a few more out there that hopefully come back & i think i might send out some more now.

I had a failure of one of the old Cleveland Rams.I thought i had found Robert Shaw who was a End for the Rams in 1945,46 & 49. Got a note back from the guy saying he never played pro football but he did play baseball. I wonder who he played for?

Congrats on your recent returns Mr. Trucks is a great signer and a really nice guy. He has a book about his life and career you can buy from him for $25. Good reading about the game and the guys who played it in his day. I highly recommend it.

Today I received a personal favorite.
Derek Stanley c/o St.Louis Rams 3/3 custom index 15 days.
He also wrote me a pretty fair sized note thanking me for my support and ask for me to send him a couple of the cards i made for his personal collection.
Derek is a 7th round draft pick out of Wisconsin Whitewater who is fighting for a roster spot on a team w/Ike Bruce & Torry Holt, i really have a feeling about this kid and hope the Rams dont try to stash him on the Practice Squad for a year(someone will steal him) IMO he has the potential to be a Steve Smith type of WR for my Rams & could learn a great deal from Bruce & Holt.

I would say it compares well to the NFL. It keeps my interest when i am watching and most of the games are exciting. I would love to see a merger between the 2 leagues where the CFL replaces NFL Europa as a develepment league.

Interesting thought. I think the main thing it would hinge on is whether we'd be able to keep our rules up here. I think the general consensus up here is that we prefer many of the CFL rules to the NFL rules, and I think there would be fairly strong resistance if the NFL wanted us to play by their rules. I think many people up here are also wary of anything to do with America, as the CFL's attempt to expand into the States was pretty much a huge failure.

Also I got a 8X10 Photo of Don & Dave Shula from email. I think they are fake autos but i am not sure they almost look like a real one with silver sharpie. Anyone else ever get one of these? & know if they are real or not?
Regardless they came in a folder that says Shula's on it from his steak house and there is a cool like newspaper commemorating the Dolphins 17-0 season.
so real auto or not its a pretty cool success.

Yeah I started a thread about my Lidstrom last night, and the more I look at it the more it looks stamped & traced the Hasek i am not so sure about. I just wish they wouldnt do this, I would rather not get anything back than something like a stamp. Shoulda known better
