Ummm OK.

Maybe it's the Japanese way of starting a game-fight.

BATTER: Ouch! You Idiot you hit my Foot!
PITCHER: Oh Yea? Well I stubbed my toe on the pitching rubber
BATTER: Ouch Ouch Ouch
PITCHER: Well Ouch Ouch to you too
INFIELDERS: Ouch Ouch Ouch.
OFFENSIVE BENCH: Well Ouch Ouch Ouch
UMPIRE: OY VEY!'

Edit In doing a tiny bit of searching apparently it was some sort of charity event with comedians and actors "playing" a fake baseball game. This link http://digg.com/odd_stuff/Baseball_Fight_2 has an explanation about halfway down. I don't know if the guy knows what he's talking about or is just making a joke about it, but it sounds plausible (as they would say on MythBusters)
