Collector Zone _ Completed Transactions _ Trade: dviv17 and KHarmon

The TCC Collector Zone Transaction Manager generated the following agreement:

dviv17 receives:

A lot of Angels cards

KHarmon receives:

A lot of Rangers cards

Additional notes:

I see his restriction but will probably send out in the next few days anyway.

This is now the 11th transaction where KHarmon has completed his end in a timely fashion and without any issues. Therefore, all restrictions are removed from his account.
