Thanks, guys. QUOTE(mjda @ Jul 12 2009, 10:53 PM) I wish I could make myself count calories. I just like to eat too much! My wife has started trying to get me to go walking with her, and start working out again. Honestly, I still generally eat the same type of foods - other than changing to diet drinks. I just make sure that I stay below the calorie limit for a given day. For example, a 10-piece chicken nuggets from McDonald's is about 425 calories - filling and less calories than many "healthy" foods. It's all about the mathematical equation of making sure you consume less calories than your body burns per day. Related to exercise, I haven't incorporated exercise in the way that you'd think. Instead, I've worked in things like swimming in our pool, shooting hoops on our court, tossing the football and more. In other words, casual sports = exercise. -Bob

I think my main problem would be how much.
