there are a few other things you can do to get rid of amp noise. First of all it's caused by a grounding/shielding issue either in your outlet itself or in the unbalanced 1/4" cables...or both!

There's a outlet adapter called humX with you plug your amp into and than that into the outlet to help fix any grounding issues you may have.

If it's a shielding issue from your 1/4" cables you can try running the signal through a DI on it's way to the amp.
