[CODE]This will be my thread for TTM successes and failures. I have sent out to 6 addresses so far. These are who I have sent out to:

Jeff Burris - ND and Colt cornerback
Quentin Coryatt - Colt LB
Dallas Clark - C/O Indianapolis Colts
Ken Dilger - Colt TE
Jim Harbaugh -super excited about this one, hope he sends back!
Raymond Berry - same as above!

I will let you all know when or if I get anything back! If anyone has anymore addresses see my other thread or add to this one!

Yeah I used it, but there is a very limited amount that you can use for "free". I am definitely considering paying the fee to take advantage of the other resources. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

I received my first TTM today and it was from HOFer Raymond Berry. Here is what I got:

- he signed my Donrus Classics card Raymond Berry HOF 73
- he sent a promotional card signed To Justin, Raymond Berry '10
- he signed a promotional post card
- he signed a advertisement for his instructional video

I am shocked, I would have just been happy if he had signed my card! What a class act guy! Thanks for reading!

No I sent to his home, he played for the Baltimore Colts so there really is no affiliation there. He really is very gracious, if I was his age I don't think I would be signing things if I didn't have to!

Saturday I received a nice surprise in the mail, Quentin Coryatt signed 2 of the cards I sent him! One of the cards he signed he inscribed to me the other he signed his name and jersey number! It took approx. 16 days to receive.

I received the 2 cards signed that I had sent Dallas Clark! I couldn't believe how quickly he had sent back it only took 21 days. He signed a 2004 Fleer Tradition card and a 2004 Topps Bazooka card with his name and number! I am super hyped about this!

tonight I get off work and find one of the envelopes I self addressed sitting on the kitchen table so of course I get excited. I rip the envelope open and find 2 of the cards I sent to Ken Dilger (one of my favorite TE's of all time) had been signed! I am super stoked! 2/2 - 41 days!

I just want to thank all of you for getting me interested in TTM's! This is definitely an exciting aspect of this hobby I love! I would have never known about TTM's without TCC!

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GIANTS ORGANIZATION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS SENT TO PLAYERS, INCLUDING THOSE TO BE AUTOGRAPHED. FURTHERMORE, SHIPPING AN ITEM TO A PLAYER DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLAYER WILL SIGN AND RETURN IT.

Again, the best time to obtain autographs and confirm it's authenticity is to get them directly from the player(s) and we find that training camp is the best time to do that.

I am super stoked!!!! Today I ended my TTM drought, in the mailbox I found to of my envelopes the first one:

Jacob Tamme - 1/1 - 48 days he signed his name and number very nice!

now for the second one:

Peyton Manning - 1/1 - 20 days! I sent this to the Peyback Foundation!

Great success. I have seen Peyton sign from the stadium. I think most of the ones from the peyback are pre signed by him and they send them out as they get requests. Just seems to be a very quick turnaround for him to sign as they come in. Also see they are alot of 5x7's given even if you sent an item.

I kind of thought I wouldn't get this back but I received a little envelope with a pretty big surprise! I sent two different Topps Total cards (they have three players on them Tarik Glenn, Jeff Saturday, and Ryan Diem) to Jeff Saturday Pro Bowl Center for MY COLTS to see if he would sign. Not only did he sign the cards but he also had Ryan Diem sign them as well so I am super pumped about this TTM!

you might want to hurry while he is still on the roster, with Addai,Brown,Rhodes and Hart its not out of the picture that he might get cut. With the way that Rhodes is playing he looks like a solid #2 RB! As soon as I heard that we signed Rhodes I sent to the team the next day!

Asking for $10 donation to St. Jude. This CAN BE written off on taxes if sent by check and St. Judes charity is written in the Memo line. Just keep a copy of the cancelled check. Joe has a 100% success rate when sending the $10.

I have noticed the bigger name players (including HOFers) are requesting a small donation when asking for their sigs. Almost all keep it under the $50 limit (for some reason the IRS has strickter (?) rules for cash donations over $50) Outrageuos examples:
Stan Musial: $65
Drew Brees $200

Yesterday I received an envelope back from Reggie Brooks, he was a member of the 1992 Irish team, he split carries with Jerome Bettis! More impressive than that is that he averaged 8 yards a carry and ran for 1300 yards! Pretty excited to get this card back signed!

today got one of my envelopes back, thought it was a success only to find out that it was the 2 cards I sent to Lou Holtz unsigned with a letter stating that due to the volume of mail he receives he only signs for charity events and if u had a picture taken with him........bummer!

Today I got 2 of my envelopes back representing both my teams! The first one I owe a big Thanks to rnpurdue for getting me the address, It is from Baltimore Colts RB Tom Matte very impressed to get this Colts auto! The second envelope is from College Football Hall of Famer and Notre Dame Coaching legend Ara Parseghian!! He won 2 National Championships at Notre Dame! Just goes to show how quickly TTM luck changes!

well the streak continues! Today I received another envelope this one is from Johnny Lattner legendary Notre Dame runningback! Lattner was the 1953 Heisman Trophy winner. A great return, he even answered my questions in great detail!

Today I received two of my envelopes! The first one is from legendary Notre Dame QB and 1947 Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Lujack! He is considered one of the greatest collegiate T-Formation QB's of all time! He signed his name and inscribed "Heisman '47" without being asked! The second envelope I wouldn't have received without help from RNPurdue! This envelope was from former Notre Dame QB Rick Mirer! He also quarterbacked for the Seatle Seahawks. Very hyped about this TTM mail day!

Two more envelopes one from Ron Meyer, he coached the Colts from 1986-1991. The second envelope is from Vagas Ferguson an All-American running back from Notre Dame during the late 70's! Very happy with these returns!

Today I received 2 envelopes! The first envelope was from Mike Golic, you may know him from ESPN's Mike and Mike in the morning! He was a defensive lineman for the Irish! The second envelope was from Baltimore Colts QB Bert Jones! Jones is famous for being the QB drafted to be Johnny Unitas's replacement! Overall a very nice surprise on a rainy day!

Today I received an envelope from Marc Edwards. He played fullback for Notre Dame from 1993-96. He was drafted by the 49ers and played for browns,patriots and bears! I was really praying this would be succesful so I'm pretty hyped! If you get a chance to you should check out his videos on youtube! He was a beast!

Today I received an envelope from Jim Lynch. He was an All-American Linebacker for Notre Dame from 1964-1966. Very cool auto he inscribed the card "Go Irish" and "N.D. '67". He also included one of his own cards autographed! I love TTM days!

Saturday I noticed there was an envelope waiting for me when I got off of work! It was from former Colts linebacker Duane Bickett!!! Bickett was the Colts first round draft pick in 1985 and also named defensive rookie of the year! I had my doubts I would get this back before I ever sent it out but looks like I was wrong! Very happy with this return!

Well I was pretty excited when I got an envelope in the mail and I saw the "MT" initials in the upper left hand corner of the envelope! It was from current linebacker for the Fighting Irish Manti Te'o!!!! Upon further examination he signed the toploader...........oh well I guess it adds character to my collection! Still excited, I just put it in a team bag to protect it.

Today I received 2 envelopes! The first one is from George Kunz All American Tackle from Notre Dame. Kunz was drafted by the Falcons with their 1st round pick (#2 overall), he later played 5 years with the Baltimore Colts. He inscribed this card Co-Captain '68, very sweet! The second envelope is from Anthony Johnson former RB for ND and a 2nd round draft selection by the Indianapolis Colts in 1990! In 1989 he scored 11 TD's for the Irish! Now he is now a Minister for the Jaguars. Another pretty cool auto! Overall a very nice TTM day, I am super excited to end the cold streak!

Yesterday I went to Churchill to try my luck with the ponies(no such luck). After I blew all my money I got the idea I would like to try and grab an auto of some of my favorite jockeys. So after the 8th race I sprint from my seat down to where the jockeys leave the track, so I get a good spot along the wall and am asking the jockeys as they walk by but most are just giving me looks like I'm crazy until I hear this voice say "Buddy I'll sign your ticket", it was none other than Calvin Borel my favorite Jockey!!!! I was super excited that he signed my losing ticket! Just thought I would share my awesome experience at the track!

Thank you! Well today brought another envelope and am really excited about this return! This envelope is from Bryant Young former Defensive Lineman from Notre Dame! Bryant led the team in sacks all 4 years! He was a 1st round draft pick in 1994 by the 49ers! Currently he is a DL coach at the University of Florida (that is where I sent to). Very nice ND auto for the collection!

Today I come home to find 2 of my self addressed envelopes waiting for me. The first one (and I was super excited when I saw this one because I had forgotten about it) was from Golden Tate WR for the Irish and The Seattle Seahawks! The next envelope was from Tim Grunhard OL for the Irish and drafted by the Chiefs. This was truly an awesome TTM day considering I thought everyone I sent to had lost my address!!!!

well I hope the streak continues! Today I received an envelope from former Baltimore Colts RB Don McCauley! McCauley was a 1st round draft pick in 1971. In 2001 he was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame. Very lucky to have gotten this back due to the fact that the envelope was open and it looked like someone had ran over it with a lawnmower!!!

Bob was a 4th round draft pick by Philadelphia but soon quit before training camp, soon after quitting he signed with the Miami Dolphins. The next envelope was from former Notre Dame Kicker John Carney! Carney is a Pro Bowl kicker who has spent his NFL career with teams such as: Saints, Bucs, Chargers, Rams, Giants, Chiefs, Bengals and Jaguars. Overall a very nice ND TTM day in my opinion! Thanks! He was the first person I ever sent to, and one of my favorite TTM successes! His turnaround is awesome, I think it only took like 9 days or something! I tried Tommie Harris and Dan Orlovsky while camp was still going on but now that they have been cut I doubt I will ever see those again.......

I guess thats just the nature of the TTM beast! I've been lucky that the Colts are pretty good about TTM's, I however have not had much luck sending to other teams and having any kind of reliable success! Golden Tate is the only one so far from another team that has sent back so.........

The second envelope was from Roy Hall, former WR and 5th round draft pick of the Colts! Roy is currently a member of the Omaha Nighthawks in the UFL. I sent this card to the Nighthawks stadium. Overall a nice TTM day, one I almost thought I wouldn't have!

Jerry played safety in the league for 10 years, he played along side Rick Volk and helped lead the team to a Super Bowl V victory! I'm super pumped about these successes!

Well this has been a pretty good week for me as far as TTM's are concerned! Today I received 2 more envelopes, the first envelope is from Cotton Speyrer. Cotton was a WR for the Baltimore Colts and Miami Dolphins. The next envelope is from Renaldo Wynn! Wynn is a former DE from Notre Dame. He was a 1st round draft pick in 1997 by the Jaguars. I sent this card to the Omaha Nighthawks. The envelope is post marked from Las Vegas so not sure if that is where he lives or what but I assume he was cut or released from the Nighthawks. Either way I am pretty excited about the success I have had with the UFL!

Today I go out to the mailbox only to stumble over a photo mailer on my porch! This mailer was from Ned Bolcar, former linebacker and captain of the 1988 national championship Fighting Irish team! Ned was a 6th round pick by the seahawks! Not only did Ned sign my card but he also sent me an inscribed 8X10 and paid for the shipping as well!!! May not be the biggest name success but it will go down as one of my favorites! Awesome Day!

Double WOWSERS, todays trip to the mailbox was well worth it! Today I received 2 of my envelopes back! The first envelope is from Rex Kern! Rex played QB at Ohio State and Defensive Back for the Baltimore Colts! Rex is also a member of the College Hall of Fame! The second envelope is in my eyes a miracle because I figured when I sent it that I had no chance of getting it back, but not only did I get my card back but got it back signed! This envelope is from Rudy Ruettiger, thats right "RUDY"! Rudy was a walk on for the 1975 team when he made his famous last play sack of the QB! Rudy is only the second player to ever be carried off the field for ND. Rudy is now a motivational speaker. Sorry for ranting but I'm just pretty excited about this day!

Finally something in the mailbox! Today I got an envelope from former ND tailback Bob Gladieux! Gladieux played for ND from 1966-68 and was a member of the '66 National Championship Team! In 1969 he was drafted by the Boston Patriots. He inscribed my ND card " '66 Nat. Champs! Go Irish We will rise again". He also included a nice note! Awesome addition for my ND collection!

Today was probably one of my best TTM days as far as number of envelopes goes! The first envelope is from former ND QB Daryle Lamonica! Not only was Lamonica the starting QB but he also served as the punter for 3 years with a 37.2 yard average! The second envelope is from argueably the biggest NFL Draft bust in the history of the NFL and also a member of the Colts Tony Mandarich! An all american offensive lineman from Michigan St. and #2 pick in the 1989 NFL draft by the Green Bay Packers! Tony played for the Colts in 1998. The third envelope is from current ND linebacker David Posluszny! David is a solid special teamer who is slated to get more Linebacker action this year, David's brother Paul is currently a linebacker for the Buffalo Bills! The Fourth envelope is probably my favorite because it is for my brothers Bear's TTM collection that I am doing for him, this envelope is from current Bear's WR Johnny Knox! Overall I think this is a killer TTM day and I am super hyped about it!

Today brought more TTM goodies! The first envelope was from Anthony Castonzo! Castonzo was the Colts 2011 1st round draft pick and currently starts on the offensive line. today I received another envelope, this one is from Larry Conjar! Conjar played fullback for the Irish from 1965-1966. Conjar played pro football for the Colts, Eagles and Browns over 4 seasons. Pretty cool return, not only did he sign my card but he also sent one of his own signed!

Today I received an envelope from Tony Furjanic! Tony is a former linebacker for Notre Dame! He was drafted in 1986 by the Buffalo Bills! Very cool return, not only did he sign my card but sent a note on his stationary inscribed "Be a Champion"!

Today was a 2 envelope kind of day! The first envelope was from former ND safety Pat Terrell! Pat was a 2nd round draft pick in 1990 by the Los Angeles Rams! I counted this one as a goner just due to other successes I had seen from him as being pretty quick. The next envelope may go down as my all time favorite, not because he is famous but because he is from my hometown and more specifically one street over from where I lived for 24 years! This envelope is from former Baltimore Colts tackle Sam Ball!!! Sam was a 1st round draft pick by the colts in 1966! He also played in and won Super Bowl V! Overall extremely happy about this mail day!

Tonight when I got home from work I was excited to see that I had 2 more of my envelopes waiting for me! The first envelope is from Tom Tupa! Tom was a backup QB for the Colts during the 1992 season, another cool thing about Tom is the fact that he was a pro bowl punter as well as a decent QB! The next envelope is from Clarence Verdin! Clarence is a former 2 time pro bowl WR/KR for the Colts! He played for the Colts from 1988-1993. I love coming home from work to find TTM's waiting for me!

Don coached the Baltimore Colts from 1963-1969, Don also played cornerback for the Colts before he started his coaching career! The next envelope is from current Colts offensive coordinator Bruce Arians! Bruce was the O-Coordinator for the Steelers last season! The 3rd and final envelope is from THE HEAD COACH of my Colts Chuck Pagano!!! Chuck was the defensive coordinator for the Baltimore Ravens last season and has extensive coaching experience in College (Miami, Boise St. and North Carolina) as well as the NFL (Ravens, Browns and Raiders)! Super hyped about this mail day, I hope this streak doesn't end!

Today I received another envelope! This one is from Tim Berra! Tim was a 17th round draft pick by the Baltimore Colts in 1974. He played WR and special teams, and only played for one season. On a side note he is the son of hall of famer Yogi Berra! Pretty excited to get this quick return back!

Today was a rare event for me, it was a 4 envelope day! The first envelope is from Louis Nix! Nix is currently a sophomore nose guard for my fighting Irish. Out of high school he was 4 star prospect and top 100 recruit from Florida. The next envelope is from Mike Washington, Mike is a former CB for the Baltimore Colts! He was a 3rd round draft pick in 1975! The third envelope is from Cliff Odom, Cliff played Linebacker for both Baltimore and Indianapolis Colts! The last envelope is from former Colts safety Keith Taylor! Keith was a 5th round pick by the Colts in 1988. I am extremely excited by these successes! Today I received an envelope from Frank Reich! Frank had stints with the bills, panthers, jets, and lions as a QB! Frank is now involved in coaching and served as the Colts QB coach for the 2010 season, last season he was the Colts WR coach! Pretty awesome success!

The second envelope is from Mike McGill, Mike is a former Linebacker for the Irish from 1964-1968. He was also a 2nd round draft pick by the Vikings in 1968 and is a member of the Indiana Football Hall of Fame! The last envelope is from Roy Hilton, Roy was a Defensive End for the Baltimore Colts! He played in Super Bowls III and V! All in all a pretty sweet mail day!

Been pretty busy lately and haven't had time to post my successes. Last week I received 3 of my envelopes. My first envelope was from former ND safety and current Kansas City Chief Kyle McCarthy! I originally sent this request to the Denver Broncos but the envelope is postmarked from kansas city. The second envelope is from Colts backup QB Drew Stanton!!! Drew was a 2nd round pick by the lions in 2007 out of Michigan St.! Stanton was briefly with the Jets until they traded for Tebow. The third envelope was from current Colts DT Cory Redding! Cory was a 3rd round pick by the lions in 2003 out of Texas. Last year Redding started on the D-line for the Ravens! Overall a pretty decent week for TTM's.

This weekend I received a couple more envelopes! The first envelope is from former Notre Dame DE Ethan Johnson. Ethan went undrafted in this years draft and was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Chiefs (thats where I sent the request to). Not only did he sign me card but he wrote me a nice letter, I'm sure he doesn't get many requests but I'm glad I sent him one! The last envelope was from The Colts 5th round draft pick Josh Chapman!!! Josh is a Nose Tackle from Alabama who will have an immediate impact on our D-line! Overall a nice mail weekend!

He currently works for the NFLPA, this is were I sent the request to. The second envelope is from Tim Ruddy. Tim played Center for my Irish, and was in the NFL from 1994-2003 with the Dolphins! Big "THANKS" goes out to Gadsden for this addy!!! The last envelope I got was from Bob Thomas. Bob is a former kicker for the Irish. Bob was in the NFL from 1975-1986 with various teams. Bob is currently a Supreme Court Justice. Overall a really nice TTM week!

Another slow week last week! Only one envelope, this envelope was from Frank Tripucka. Frank was a former QB for the Irish and a 1949 1st round draft pick by the Eagles! On a side note Peyton wouldn't be wearing the #18 in Denver if Tripucka hadn't given the Broncos permission to unretire his #18 jersey! Pretty cool return!

He was a 17th round draft pick and played from 1972-1979 with the Colts. The other envelope is from Joe Restic, Joe was an all american punter/safety for Notre Dame. He was a member of the 1977 National Championship team. Overall a pretty decent TTM day!
