Where can I find a list of all the current NPNs? The only site I found was last updated over a year ago.

I am not sure if there are any sites.

I know Upper Deck you do through their website: http://sports.upperdeck.com/npn/

You have to create a login and password. It does not limit you, but you are only allowed 1 entry per product, otherwise it throws out your entries.

Panini you just need to get the current address and then mail entries based on products that are released. You can get the address off of product pack backs at your local Walmart/Target/Kmart. Same for Topps, but the address (post office box and city) changes on Topps based on product. The product pack back will have the address, how many entries you can send, etc. Usually both Topps and Panini are limited to either 1 or 2 mailed entries in a #10 envelope, with your information on an index card.
