Well, everything is broken and all is said and done. So here's how it went down: I called my faaaavorite local card store, Sports Card Mania in Sacramento, and found out SPA would be in today. I always get a few boxes of it, but this year, I wasn't thrilled with some of the early peeks, and to be honest, I'm a little unhappy that stickers found their way onto some of the autos. So I just asked him to hold onto one box. Long story short, the itch hit me. I got there, and the owner only ended up getting 2 boxes total. Against what I THOUGHT was my better judgement, I grabbed both. Odd note, SuPaDuPa916 had been by as well and he pondered picking 1 of the 2 but passed. Box #1:  Aaron Hernandez base auto redemption #/599  Riley Cooper base auto #/599 Not the Gator I was looking for! And finally, a guy that haunted me for much of the year...  Rolando McClain patch/auto #/499 Decent patch, but man, why do I get haunted by a defensive RPS guy not named Suh? Seriously. I was pondering waiting for the Fiancee to get home for box number 2, but I was twitchy and just wanted to break it. So I went right into... Box #2:  Sean Lee base auto #/599 Meh!  Gerhart Sign of the Times stick auto The dreaded stickergraph! But wait! There's more. I'd opened some Contenders, and I was hoping to strike gold there. I whiffed, but, hey, looks like gold ended up finding me in the end... SuPa wasn't happy when I called him and told him about...  Tim Tebow GOLD patch/auto #/25! One of my best hits in YEARS! I rarely do this, but this one might get thrown onto the 'Bay with a high BIN OBO. Wheeeeeeee! As imagined, I'm pretty juiced.
