I agree. Payment was just sent via PayPal. My address was included with the PayPal notification.

After inquiring about when my card was shipped, I was informed that my card had not been shipped since I didn't send my address via PM. Even though the address was provided along with my PayPal payment, it was provided again on the morning of 3/29/06. My card was then shipped 4 days later on 4/1/06 using a white envelope.

Luckily, the card was properly placed in a sleeve and toploader and arrived in good condition.
