QUOTE(Shogun Wanderlei @ Oct 28 2008, 06:51 PM) dont sleep on giddens and pruitt this year boys..... im psyched to see if rondo can step his game up a little more. last year was great but he can do more! ###### i remember 2 years ago wen they were giving tickets away. i want to like 15 games and paid about 20 bucks for all of them combined. LOL. I had to sit through a buncha guys younger then me getting romped on but I saw some good guys form other teams. Alotttta stuff changes in 2 years though =) i like giddens, but he is behind a few guys on the bench, not saying he won't play well, just think he has something to prove. As for pruitt, he's benhind rondo, house, and cassell, enough said. i love the fact that pierce came in in the best shape of his life, 10-15 punds less than last season. he is really elevating himself to a celtic great. another ring or two will really solidify him as one of the best.

QUOTE(PSquared @ Oct 29 2008, 05:08 PM) Nice victory last night, great night from Pierce 27pts, 4ast. Rondo also had a smooth night with 14pts & 6ast. Very solid nights from Powe & T. Allen both had double digit scoring. Overall pretty good game. Yep, the one thing Tony Allen did that really impressed me was when he drove, he had his head up and was in control. He got a lot of charges last year on reckless drives and last night, he was able to get into the paint and either put it in, get fouled, or both. As for Powe, he is just a beast. He goes after every rebound and loose ball. Doc has said time and time again he is one of the most coachable players he has ever had. The guy puts in nonstop effort every game. And The Truth was The Truth

And The Truth was The Truth I agree about T. Allen, he finally got over that fear in the off season, as for Powe you put it well he's a beast and a very coachable player. Hope he sticks around for many years, he's a big part of there bench.
