I wanna see more of the doofus sketches you did back in the "old " days!

those were awesome

Posted by: ty4orce Sep 25 2012, 11:25 PM

Have way to many of those close to 1000 if not more, unfortunately all packed away or sold...don't like spending to much time on pieces anymore unless it is for a good cause charity or fund raiser...fret not though I will post the occasional piece.....

Brother,

Your artwork and your sketches were somethign I looked forward to every day on our old shared stomping grounds. Most of these folks here ever got to see.

Ted, DD316, is forced to exhibit all of his beautiful talents here and so should you

To have them filed away gathering dust is simply an injustice to their quality and beauty.

I hate to force anyone to dig em out.. but..act like a mole and start shoveling! LOL laugh.gif

I won't promise anything but maybe in the near future I will dig some out...I found an oldie lying around pretty sure you have seen this one before called "Shooting Star"from when Jordan first retired the background colors were tapped on with a stick and a wet brush....

Could you do one of Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, if it came out as good as this one, i would differently pay for one...

Your art displays much more patience than mine. Great stuff!!

Thanks for all the comments....God gives us gifts and I am truly grateful...

Patience is an understatement ......these are the tools I use for a lot of my paintings .......Brushes just started costing to much because I put a lot of pressure and sometimes use 4-5 brushes a painting so I use the tool alternative...cost once that is it...lol

It is not easy to work with these it took some time developing a technique ...Just finished this one today for Cancer awareness month.........Still a few minor touch ups left ...
