Im actually just overwhelmed by the sheer volume of activity in these groups

I am on some and I don't really like them. Seems like a lot of uneducated people trying to sell stuff for insane prices that isn't worth hardly anything. I much prefer forums.

PS as far as FB groups go, im only in one but iv made 3 trades/sales all went perfect with no issues. Group is "exclusive facebook 4 sports card auctions with no reserves".

I was added to 4 and I hate them. Not only do I see complaint after complaint about getting ripped off, one of the groups members actually expect you pay full BV for cards. I got booted for making a low ball offer: $10 for a Topps Chrome AP RC. Ummmm......

I have stopped following most of them, but one of the locals runs one so I follow it just so I can keep track of what he is looking for and such. I think the whole facebook market should be banned

Im on one and its doing ok. Do see the admins kicking people off for stupid reasons though. Stuff sells well on it and I was able to pick up some stuff.

Those folks are ALL OVER the internet. Plenty of them over at Ebay still.

True that! Theres one guys on there who posts everything for like twice its BV and noone ever comments card collectors arent stupid, if we can get it on ebay cheaper we will. The other day i posted i had $57 for the best card and everyone offered me $30-$40 cards for it. Needless to say i kept my paypal.

We dont have them on the group i mentioned. Just auctions, trades, and sales.

I got kicked outta one dekno told me about cuz i told the guy i needed 2 days to pay for a $20 card i forgot i bid on so they blocked me.

I hate the raffles or "razzes" Not only are they illegal (which is why the think they are being smooth changing the name), but I have watched several of these and the videos look like they can easily be manipulated. The first one I watched the guy was stupid and I called him out. They were doing a raffle for a MJ Auto. $5 per spot and 100 spots. Immediatley following that they did a Lebron Gold Chrome Rookie for the same. But in the videos which were supposedly back to back, there is a clock in the background that showed dude had 30 minutes between videos. When I asked he got real defensive and I got booted from the group for "Trolling" Lol.

I think he kept videoing randoms until one of his buddies won since the same guy won both cards. And his name was only in the drawing 1 time for each :/

I refuse to join one.

I know someone does fairly well on them but Id rather waste a dollar on a lottery ticket.

lol yeah they give 24 hours but if you worked something out with the guy then thats crazy for them to boot you that fast
