Please provide an explanation as to what happened with this transaction.

It bascially came down to Beckett starting to book cards #d/10 and the Addai was about half of what I thought it was and then he (JeffMullen) started spending his money elsewhere even though he and I were trying to compromise on a different cards or additional cards for his PayPal.

I never agreed in the trade agreement stage.

I said I needed clarification first.

I have $3k PayPal credit line, so I can afford anything.

I just don't want to overpay.

That's why I didn't agree yet.

I didn't think it would be considered failed, if I haven't agreed.

I thought we were still working on a different deal?

After JeffMullen posted as he received on 22 Feb, I pm'd him and reminded him that he still owes me $2 for this transaction. He has been online delay and has not responded to my PMs nor has he paid the $2 PayPal.

Here is the PM that I received from JeffMullen yesterday:

I was suppose to mail $2, but then I sold 2 jerseys so I am going to Paypal. I just have to wait for that person's e-check to clear. I didn't know they were using an e-check. Sorry

I'm not sure how we went from being able to "afford anything" to waiting for a check to clear to cover $2, but it appears we have.
