He said the card was creased, so I asked for a scan, and if it is indeed creased I will offer another card for trade.

I have sent him a pm a few times and no response back, he is stating he wants his ten dollars from the previous transaction back. here is his pm, I have saved it since it has our discussions. He says nothing about a replacement for the damaged card?

Ok I will get a scan of it up tomorrow. I even showed it to my mom and she saw them right away without me telling her what I saw. I didn't realize that aspire was not out yet. Since it didn't say HIT I thought it was a different brand. Will you let me get my money back for it? PLMK



I don't think I should have to refund your money, I even said in the PM that it was the Blue version. I don't have the pm now, but I specifically remember telling you that it was the blue version.

I am not going to reimburse the ten dollars, you agreed to the deal. I told you the card, I don't think you should be able to switch your mind in the middle of a transaction because you want a box of cards.

I completly disagree. I don't know when card products come out. I thought when you say just sage it's different than Sage Hit. And I'm not trying to make this hard it was a miscommmunication and I'm sorry about that but I would like my ten dollars back

we worked out an agreement I will ship a Deron Williams/Kirilenko Dual GU to replace the cards. Sorry again, please let me know when it arrives. it was shipped out today.
