Where are all the Spurs fans, I know there are quite a few of us on TCC.

Let's join here and support our spurs!!!!

The Spurs received their championship rings before beginning their bid for a fourth title in six years with a 106-97 home win over the Blazers on Tuesday.

Their next game is today, 10/31/07 on the road at the Memphis Grizzlies @ 7 PM

In other news, the spurs recently signed Tim Duncan recently signed a 2 year extension. The agreement will add to Duncan's existing three-year deal and keep him in San Antonio at least through the 2011-12 season

Also recently, The San Antonio Spurs traded backup point guard Beno Udrih on Monday to the Minnesota Timberwolves in exchange for a protected 2008 second-round draft pick.

In pre-season picks, the Spurs are picked to repeat as NBA Champs this season clapping.gif

Let's talk about the Spurs!!!

It's been a while but let's bring this back!

The spurs are now 36-17, 5th in thew Western Conference, and just 1 game back of 1st place in the conference, but they have struggled over the last month as Tony Parker has been out for a long period of time. Are any Spurs fans worried about our team's chances in the playoffs i the tough West?

Tonight the Spurs go for their 5th straight win, hosting the Conference Leading New Orleans Hornets tonight.

Manu Ginobili scored a game-high 30 and dished out a career-best 12 assists to help the Spurs hold off the Hornets, 98-89, for their fifth staight win Saturday.

The Spurs are now tied with the Hornets for second place in the Western Conference, behind only the Lakers and Suns.

I'm just worried about our chances of winning against The Big Cactus and the Lakers. They look so strong!

Plus, it's hard to see them winning in the playoffs if Parker is not healthy (hopefully he can be by then)

Last night, Not even a five-point first quarter could slow down the Spurs, who turned the defensive tables on the Atlanta Hawks and cruised to an 89-74 home victory, their 10th win in 11 games. Tony Parker looked sharp with 15 points and nine assists.

I was worried and disappointed after that 1st quarter disaster, but they won the game so that's all that matters. Next game is Thursday night as they host the Mavericks. We need to win that game
