NY's 2009 Upper Deck Exquisite Case Break! - Spots are $77-$150 (see below for details): Time to do some high-end!! Exquisite is always has the biggest pulls (the pricetag shows) with great rc patch autos and great star/legend cards. Update, latest release date is March 23 I beleive. Team Selection: The break will require 15 members. I have applied a tiered pricing for this break in order to fairly price the better teams as compared to the rest, so that I can retain the Jets as my own team as they are what I collect and still make if fair for everyone else to join as other team collectors that may not have the bigger-name rookies this year can retain there team for cheaper than it would have been pricing everyone the same. Team pricing will range from $150 to $75. The top team pricing was determined based on my judgement on the values of the better teams that normally get taken first or are randomed in breaks. The top 2 spots have assigned pricing of $150, spots 3-4 are $130 and so on and so forth down from there (see below). The 15 members will then be randomized live on BlogTV (videod as well) to determine a draft order. As there are only 15 members, the last two members to pick in the draft will also get to pick a second team, snake style at the bottom of the draft. Thus, the two people who end up drafting #14, and #15 will end up with three teams in the break rather than two, in order to cushion the blow of landing the less collectible teams at the end of the draft. Also, for members who take multiple spots, please take $3 off your total due because of saved shipping/supplies.

Break Cost: The fees collected will cover the cases, all paypal fees, supplies and shipping. The case will be purchased from BLOWOUTCARDS.COM, DACardworld, or Atlantasportscards, or other reputable dealer depending on who can offer the best pricing. Hopefully we can fill quickly and secure a good case price. As alway in my previous breaks, if for some reason we end up getting a better deal on a case then I have priced the break, I will buy a bonus box to cover the difference. I have currently priced it based on Blowouts current pre-sell price but will check around to find the best deal and update prices lower if needed if I can confirm a lower price quickly.

The Break: Will occur live on USTREAM.TV or BLOGTV at a later determined date, hopefully as soon to release date as possible. Pics of all hits and recordings of videos will also be posted in the thread following the break.

Shipping: All cards will be shipping with top loaders, soft sleeves, team bags, etc. as you can expect from any decent break and will be shipped with delivery confirmation.

Team Determination and Cards with multiple Teams: All cards will be given to the holder of the team shown on the card. The team in writing will take precedent over the pictured team if for some reason someone is pictured in there old teams uni but the card has written there new team. Any with multiple teams on the cards will be randomed. Any multiple in which the same member owns more than one team on the card will get the card, unless of course two different members have two teams represented on say a quad card, in that case I would revert back to randomization. Both your selected team and random (drafted) team will count. So on a triple, you need not have two of the three from initial selected teams, but if you have your selected team and your random (drafted) represented, the card would go to you. In order for this rule to apply, you need to have 50% or more represented of the teams on the card, if not, the card will go to randomization for all the teams shown. Any retired stars that played for multiple teams and they are featured in there college uniform on the card will go to the team that they made there first start for. Any cut signatures or other items not related to an current NFL team or Franchise will be randomed.
