Please don't make this more difficult than it is. As the seller, you shipped an item that is different than what you posted and the buyer had confirmed. The buyer obviously has a valid complaint, so please propose a resolution to the issue.

Various ways of indicating that it's not "your fault" or not an issue is not a proper response.

So, let us know what you propose.
