knock on wood I have only had 1 return come back not in the cases and that was Jim Harbaugh and he put the cards and the cases back in the envelope which I guess he couldn't figure out how the card goes back in or he was really busy!

I use to use cases but got several back smeared - not waiting for the sig to dry. I just use a 4x6 IC folded in half and several of those have come back with notes...
