For the opportunity to obtain any of the cards listed on the pack or box, at the same odds, hand print your name and complete address on a 3 X 5 card, insert into a #10 envelope and mail to: NPN 2004 Fleer Greats of the Game Series 2- Cut Signature Edition MLB, P.O. Box 1874, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054. Limit 5 entries per person or household. No metered mail accepted. Each request must be mailed separately, postmarked by April 29, 2005, and received by May 6, 2005. Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or postage due mail. Allow until July 29, 2005 for reply. While supplies last. Offer valid only in U.S. and Canada. Void in P.R., Quebec, and where prohibited. Requests from Canada must include correct answer to the following skill-testing question: 19+(23 x 7)-42=?. Requests are void if illegible, incomplete, contain errors or fail to comply with these instructions. Fleer does not, in any manner, make any representation as to whether any of its cards have or will attain any present or future value.
