Thanks for the look. I thought this was maybe a step in the right direction for the hobby. These card companies should not advertise cards that are not even made yet. And IF (which I do not believe) they should ever be used; redemptions should be honored with at least something comparable. It is bogus! That is my insignificant opinion on this topic.

Interesting, but I would think that UD would have checked those state laws a long time ago with a legal team and therefore this will probably be appealed.

I noticed another article there mentions some Kobe Bryant card (I think it was Kobe) selling for some outrageous price on Feebay.

hmmm 2007 cards recently not knowing the expiration on redemptions?? I think that is pretty well out there information wise...but I hate redemptions as well...they would have been much better off just paying what he was asking...

Yes with legal fees and paying an employee to go there it might be cheaper, but it might be more costly since they lost. I can see lots of people filing lawsuits in that state if this verdict is not overturned.

I hate redemptions and IF they are used, they should not expire.

That company already received money for a "promise" to have this card. Why after a year or whatever do I not get this card. If they are completely out of business then so be it, but I should get something of comparable value if that card can't be sent if the company still exists.
